Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, clear immigration and meet your safari driver for a brief introduction. Transfer to your accommodation to rest and prepare for the upcoming adventure.

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest (Travel time: ~8 hours)

Upon arrival at Bwindi, check into your lodge, settle in, and enjoy a delicious dinner in preparation for the gorilla trekking experience.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
Today is the highlight of your trip – gorilla trekking day! After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing by park rangers on trekking rules and safety guidelines. You will be assigned to a specific gorilla family group, and your trek, led by experienced guides and trackers, can vary in duration depending on the location of the gorilla group. Once you encounter the gorillas, you’ll have an hour to observe and photograph them in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to your lodge to relax and reflect on the incredible encounter.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park (Travel time: ~5 hours)

Check into your lodge near Kibale Forest for an overnight stay and preparation for chimpanzee trekking the next day.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Trekking and Bigodi Nature Walk
After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before embarking on your chimpanzee trekking adventure. The trek, which takes 2-4 hours depending on the chimps’ movements, includes an hour of observing and photographing these incredible primates. Your guide will provide insights into the chimpanzees’ behaviors and biology. After the trek, return for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a Bigodi nature walk at the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, where you’ll have a chance to see numerous bird species and monkeys. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Transfer to Entebbe for Departure

Depending on your flight schedule, your guide will transfer you to Entebbe Airport for your evening flight home, concluding your memorable Ugandan safari adventure.
