Day 1: Transfer to Kibale National Park (Travel time: ~5 hours)
Start your adventure with an early morning breakfast or upon arrival at Entebbe Airport, where you’ll meet your safari guide for a short briefing. Embark on a scenic drive through Uganda’s lush green countryside towards Kibale Forest National Park. Upon arrival, you will be immersed in a world teeming with wildlife, including the Red-Tailed Monkey, Olive Baboon, Black and White Colobus, and Blue Monkeys. Bird enthusiasts may also spot the beautiful Great Blue Turaco, and with some luck, a herd of Forest Elephants.
Proceed to your lodge for lunch, and in the late afternoon, relax at your leisure, savoring the tranquil environment. Enjoy a delightful dinner and settle in for the night, preparing for the exciting day ahead.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking and Bigodi Nature Walk
After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before embarking on your chimpanzee trekking adventure. Kibale National Park is renowned for its 13 primate species, including the famous chimpanzees. The trek, which takes 2-4 hours depending on the chimps’ movements, includes an hour of observing and photographing these incredible primates. Your guide will provide fascinating insights into the chimpanzees’ behaviors and biology.
After the trek, return for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a Bigodi nature walk at the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary. This 2-hour walk offers a chance to see numerous bird species and monkeys, revealing the hidden treasures of the swamp. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer to Entebbe for Departure

Depending on your flight schedule, your guide will transfer you to Entebbe Airport for your evening flight home, concluding your memorable Ugandan safari adventure.
